I recently received 2 complimentary boxes of protein muffin mixes from KrusteazxInfluenster, and have them both a try as an activity with Max.
First up - he loved making muffins. I liked that they were easy to make, but I found the bake time for both flavors tried (banana nut and wild blueberry) were a bit longer than on the box.
The muffin mixes are very high protein, and I thought it didn't really impact the flavor, but the texture was a bit off at times. Maybe a bit more noticible to the adults in your lives versus the toddlers 😅
Oh, and the best part? The blueberry mix isn't dried blueberries. It has a small can of blueberries, so it's a lot more like baking fresh blueberry muffins. Score!
